Excellent Stay at Queen Street Apartments
attentive stafffurnished room
The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The room was nicely furnished. I appreciated the quick response to fix the dining table legwith been glued within 24 hours. I enjoyed my stay.

railway noise and firm beds
firm bedconstant rumbling
The bed in the bedroom was far too firm for my liking. i didn't get much sleep because of it. also, i could clearly hear the trains running under the building all night. This constant rumbling was really annoying. it made it hard to relax or get any rest.

the location was good with easy access to transport links, i suppose.
the room i had smelled strongly of smoke, really unpleasant. i reported it when i left but i just got a simple acknowledgment, nothing else. it really affected my stay negatively.

uneven experience
close locationtube noisedated furniture
the location was acceptable because it was close to public transport.
the noise from the tube running underneath the building was quite disruptive. the furniture seemed very dated, and i noticed a lack of air conditioning. it made sleeping difficult, especially starting early in the morning because the floor vibrated.
